Grid Manager needed

I want to test out Radegast along with Looking Glass on SL and several different Opensim grids, but having to enter a custom grid URI every time I switch opensim grids is making it hard work.

I suggest a grid manager function be added to Radegast along the lines of that found in the Meerkat viewer and some others.

A grid manager function would be useful as that way grid specific pointers can be specified once and reused by select the required custom grid from a list. Having to remember all the grid URIs for the grids I visit is a real pain.

Just like in Meerkat any detailed grid specific information should be added to the Opensim.ini file Grid Section by the grid operator and fetched from the grid itself by the grid manager.

This could include a map pointer if one is needed. (see Rad 63)

We provide now most commonly used grids in the included grids.xml file. Power user is free to edit that file to add their own grid.

We don't have the resources to build the full UI for editing this file, and one might just as well edit it directly
