UI updates to -1 linden dollar if a payment fails due to insufficient funds

Description

If you try to pay another av more linden dollars than you have in your account the Radegast bottom toolbar will display -1 after failing with the insufficient funds dialog. it will only update again if you make a successful payment and or relog.

Fixed and:

  • Prevent payments if the amount is greater than available funds
  • Remember the last amount payed during a session
