Have items auto accept in to your inventory. The easy way is add to the preferences to auto accept items or auto decline now that I think of it.

a second option is on the accept item menu , Then can be an option to auto accept or decline from this person or accept/decline this item.

Implemented. See File -> Preferences -> Auto Response. It's available in the nightly builds and will be part of the next release.
